We often work with interactive designers on a per project basis. We're looking for two or three talented freelance web designers who understand online advertising and web usability. We have both short-term and long-range projects; for the right people, this could turn into an ongoing business relationship.
Requirements:- Show us your online portfolio that features ads, web sites, and/or web-based applications.
(Please note: our work tends to be very corporate/commercial; we work with familiar consumer brands. While might be interested in the site you designed for your friend's skateboard shop, for now please show us your best agency-level work!) - You're fluent in Flash. You need not be an expert, but you're able to design in Flash, you can write simple scripts, and you know what is and isn't possible with the technology.

- You play well with others.
- You're able to work on- or off-site with equal ease.
- Basic HTML and PHP skills are a definite plus.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION INTERNSHIP
We're looking for a smart, talented part-time intern to work in our Chelsea office. We want team players, talented designers (with basic Web design skills or better), nice people who are ready to learn and ready to become part of our team.
The design and production intern will work on online marketing campaigns, Web sites and online marketing design and production. Interns will gain hands-on production in online strategy and design, working with senior designers and project managers for a range of clients.
Position Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop and good HTML required
- Must have online portfolio, links to sites
- Must have good communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Flash, Illustrator a plus
- General design experience
- Experience in internet research
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
Hours:
Part-time, flexibile hours
Position Compensation:
Stipend (hourly), commensurate with experience, plus travel expenses
